TREAT YOURSELF 2014 - DESTINATION CABO

Joyce and I took some much needed R&R in Cabo with our close friends. It was all predicated around Park and Recs "Treat Yo Self".

This was the first time we ever stayed at an all inclusive resort, which was awesome.  You don't have to worry about anything.  The staff serves up drinks to you all day and you can eat whenever you want.  I thought I was in heaven.  How legit is this bar cart.

After drinking all day and eating two dinners, this was the result.

There were events every night.  This night the dinner was Mexico themed and delicious.  The Riu Palace kind of happened by accident, because we were supposed to stay at the next door sister resort.  Because the Riu Santa Fe was booked, we were upgraded to the Palace which had another beach side pool and much better food, which if everyone knows us is a big deal for us.

This is what happens when you drink too much and try to pick an outfit for dinner.  Jason had a rough day.

To make sure you don't go one second without a drink, each room is stocked with self served liquor.  This proves handy when you are in a pinch.

Joyce and I hit up this gem after doing some work at the Modernica sale.

There is nothing wrong with this breakfast sandwich.

MODERNICA

Joyce and I hit up the Modernica sale to grab some goodies for the home.  You know how with some warehouse sales it becomes a mad dash, involving elbows, to hopefully find a deal...it was the opposite.  Don't get me wrong, the bigger furniture piece were snatched up quickly, but the chair tent was legit.

Walking into the fiberglass chair tent was like stepping into a crayon box.

Here are the spoils from the sale.  There were only 20 of these wire outdoor chairs, so we acted quickly to snag these because they remind us of the Parker Hotel.
